Ordering

What if I find a lower price after I order?

We offer a 100% price match guarantee from other authorized dealers of the product in question.   The item must be the same, no auction sites, item must be in stock and doesn’t apply to rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, etc.   See full details of offer here (link to Customer Benefits page).

How do I know what size table to order?

It's important to measure the area in which you are going to place your table. We recommend allowing 1-2 inches on either side and in the depth. Actual table top sizes can vary slightly by manufacturer. If you have any questions, please call us.

How do I use a coupon?

You will have the ability to enter a coupon code in the shopping cart. If you have any trouble applying a coupon code, please give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax in any state. All orders are completely tax free.


Shipping

When will my order ship?

Shipping time varies based on the manufacturer lead times. For example, the Workrite BananaBoard keyboard system is guaranteed to ship within 2 days whereas some tables have lead times of weeks. You can see the lead time on each product pages and as always, contact us with any questions. Once the item is shipped from the manufacturer, the manufacturer will provide you with shipping and tracking information.

How much is shipping?

Every order on ergonomicofficedesigns.com ships free within the United States! You never have to worry about shipping costs. For international orders, please contact us, so we can provide a quote. The price will depend on the item and manufacturer.

Do the items arrive assembled?

No. Every item will need some kind of assembly. Each item includes detailed assembly instructions

Will the item be delivered inside my office or home?

Standard delivery only includes delivery to the outside of the home or office. The shippers may not carry the item up the stairs. It will be up to their discretion, but count on the shipper dropping the item outside the establishment. If you would like deliver inside an establishment, this is available, but there are additional shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

As soon as the manufacturer ships your item(s) you will be emailed shipper and tracking information. Manufacturers mainly use FedEX & UPS to ship. Once you receive the tracking information, you can logon to the respective website and track your package.

My order didn't arrive, what do I do?

If you have been provided tracking information and the tracking status shows as being delivered, but your order hasn’t arrived, please give us a call. We will work with the manufacturer to ensure your item is delivered.
